1. GENERAL OVERVIEW

By purchasing access to any AirTest Pro course through Private Flight Training, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, access, use, and refund policy for all course materials provided via the AirTest Pro platform.

2. COURSE ACCESS AND DURATION

Each course purchase includes access to study materials for a maximum of 180 calendar days or until the customer completes their official FAA Written Exam—whichever occurs first.

Access is automatically revoked after either of these conditions is met. Extensions are not guaranteed and may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. REFUND POLICY

We offer a full refund if requested within 5 calendar days of purchase.

Refunds will only be granted if the student has not yet accessed more than 10% of the course content or initiated any instructor consultation.

4. PAYMENT PROCESSING

All payments are securely processed via Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store or have access to your credit card or payment information.

5. ACCOUNT AND LOGIN SECURITY

Each student will receive personal login credentials upon enrollment. Sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without a refund.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course content—including software, study guides, and instructor-led material—is the intellectual property of AirTest Pro LLC and is provided solely for the enrolled student’s use.

Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any material is strictly prohibited.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS
